Wow, this is kind of funny, this guy from www.thelottoblackbook.com claims that he won the lottery 3 times in a row, and got shot in the foot when someone wanted to know who he did it. No - that story might be true, but I can tell you that winning the lottery is 100 % luck, so unless his ’secrets’ involve something like breaking in to the lottery and sabotaging it so that he’s numbers are picked - this is a scam!
Stop trying to win the lotto, It’s no use.. If you win - it’s pure luck! Most lotteries take about 50 % of the money put in to the system, in other words: the average guy will loose half of what he spends on lottery.Â
